UK Returns: Paid by customer.
Outside the UK: Paid by customer via own chosen method.
- You can return your item(s) to us for a full refund if they are not suitable.
- You must return your item(s) within 14 days of your item arriving.
- Once your return item(s) arrive back at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.
If you are based outside of the UK please send the item tracked as we are not responsible for your item returning to us. Once we receive your return it can take up to 10 working days to action. Once we have actioned the return you will then receive a notification via email that your return has been processed and your return is en route to you and/or has been refunded.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, we cannot refund it however this does not apply if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival.
Terms and Conditions
- As a small business, we do not cover returns postage costs at this time. We advise that you pack your item as flat as you can & reuse the original packaging to save yourself money & resources.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice sent with the item)
- Make sure you get a proof of postage receipt in case of any lost parcels.
- Please be considerate to our future customers and make sure your item is in a re-sellable condition. We cannot accept items back with original tags removed, any marks/stains, damage or detectable smells.
- Once a refund is processed the money should be back in your account within 30 working days, depending on your banking provider.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as earrings and underwear cannot be returned.
